Florissant (Mo.) McCluer North three-star WR Harry Ballard (6-3, 180) is going to be at Iowa's satellite camp at Lindenwood University tomorrow. Ballard feels good that Iowa could offer tomorrow and I could definitely see it; he's no doubt a high Big Ten caliber kid from a talent standpoint. Issue has been he's not academically qualified yet, but he acknowledges it, has a plan and assured me he will be fully qualified by this time next year. Good kid in every encounter I've had with him and he was a stand out at the St. Louis Rivals Camp last month. Also won MVP this past weekend at the RAS Camp in Indiana, which had several BCS commits in attendance. Definitely a kid to watch out for tomorrow and if I hear an offer does come through, I will let you know.
