Seems like some bad blood between Whitman and the Cubits to me.

Considering Whitman's first official day was today I believe, I'd say the new AD has a guy ready to plug in already lined up.

The NFL would probably say not so much. I don't see any reason for anyone in the league to fear Coach Smith. But, of course, we'll see.
