Bob Stoops gets pranked at Brian/Kirk's expense

This was a funny thread that turned into boomers out-boomering one another. I enjoyed the troll
Being up on the latest social media fads and Tik-Tok is not wisdom.
You will figure that out as you get older.
Mark Twain:
At the age of seventeen Mark says he thought his father the most ignorant man in all the world and just couldn’t stand him about. At the age of twenty-three he found that his father knew a few things and he could put up with him occasionally; at the age of twenty-seven he knew that his father was the smartest man in all the world and he just doted on having him about.
There is a bit of psychology in this that is worthy our study.
Insulting a whole generation of your elders also shows your level of immaturity.

You got quite the education tonight lol

It amazes me that people really think this is anything other than a prank.......having said that, it is absolutely priceless :)

I still find it hard to believe that when Bob saw "Brian" and "family business" that he didn't put 2 & 2 together and know what was going on.

Obviously, I could be wrong, but IMO, I think he understood what was going on, chuckled, and thought, "aw, what the hell; it's for charity."

Somehow if it gets back to Kirk I don’t think he’ll find it funny

I'm not sure its all that, I learned there is a site where celebrities post things for charities.
Not a milestone in my life by any means. Always good to keep learning, more important too admit that I don't know everything. Imo
When you are green you grow, when you are ripe you rot.
But now I know about the site thanks to you guys! I won't make that mistake again next time anything like this comes up.

And this football year when we are black and gold we cry 😭

Can't wait to see someone ask Brian about this, and him give some standard company line about cameo being a great thing & working towards continued improvement.

Pranks are not social media fads. I'm sorry that you were personally offended and insulted by my indirect use of the word "boomers". So boomers can mock millennials/gen Z, but we can't spin it around simply because 'you're my elder'? All you had to say was you can dish it but can't take it.

it's crazy, funny, and embarrassing all at the same time that they got both Bob and Fran to make these videos

F&ck; we are a national laughing stock
I listen to ESPN U Radio The Iowa offense has been labled OFFENSIVE.And yes Iowa is the laughing stock. The defense is no longer covering a bad offense like the last couple of years. This offense has finally been fully exposed! It seems ironic that we ran Ken O Keefe off then we ran off Greg Davis and we thought they were bad.And now this product!WithBrian at the helm.Hope something will change.

I'd say Notre Dame football is the laughing stock.

Sorry to disappoint you, but you're wrong. One of NDs losses was to Ohio State in Columbus-- they aren't the laughing stock.

An Iowa offense who has punted more this season than points scored, whose last in almost every offensive statistical category in America despite playing two very average opponents at home, who has allowed their QB (BY FAR the worst statistical QB in America after 2 weeks) to take 100% of the snaps in the first two games...that's the laughing stock.

I haven't missed a minute of ESPNU Sirius college football radio and we have become the butt of every job the past two weeks, over and over again.

I know this will make you curl up in your black and gold blankie and cry, but just a reality.

I feel like they both knew but did it anyway because they agreed with the sentiment. And at the same time bare no responsibility for what they said. Win-win
You think Fran McCaffery, who's taken so much crap about his team's defense, agrees with the sentiment about Kirk's offense and willing voiced it? Do you think much?

You are spot on with the ESPN U radio I listen myself and it's been embarrassing!
