a tryout is a long way from making the squad, but he at least has a chance.
Good first post. Really sets the tone.
I recall a poster blasting Bower on here saying he looked “lost” out there and preceded to post video supposedly proving how he continually was burned. He posted 4 plays showing Bower chasing receivers from behind. In 3 out of the 4 videos he was coming off his responsibility and just hustling his butt off to chase after a receiver who had gotten open by another defender being beaten or out of position. I think he proved he was a better athlete than most gave him credit for by his pro day #s. Some posters on here a clueless.
Yea and he's balding already. definitely not a good football player.
In all seriousness early on I fell for some of the anti Bower talk, but have been corrected in my thinking by posters on here. He didn't become a starter for 3 years by being lost and lacking athleticism. Hope he gets a good shot.
