I , for one, think we can do a hell of a lot better than the above pontifications.

I am seriously thinking 8-4 (with a loss to Wisky) and the HOliday Bowl. if we win and go 9-3, I don't know;maybe Cotton Bowl or even Capital One. but certainly we deserve a lot better than what these so-called experts are predicting.

The problem is no B10 teams in the playoff (possibly anyway), and the general beating up each other that will continue to occur. All it does is slide teams down in the pecking order.

Hell, a 9-3 Iowa might be at best 6th as far as bowl pecking order is concerned.

It's not about your record and it's not about where you want to play .... it's all about $$$$$$$$$ so whoever gets first crack at us after these following teams that's where we will go...we will be #6 and ahead of NW no matter what we end up 8-4,9-3 etc...

My guess is that no Big Ten Team makes playoffs Wisconsin will go to top 6 like Cotton, Sugar, Rose etc
OSU and PSU will fill out Capital, Outback and depending on what's left U of M and MSU go Taxslayer, Holiday
So that leaves us in Nashville, San Francisco or New York all lousy destinations. Win out and maybe go Holiday at best.
