If you are dumb enough to try to hurdle someone in a sport where players are penalized for tackling with the crown of their helmet, body slams should be legal.
I like the setup that the four first round byes go to the four best conference champions; winning, including winning your conference, should matter.
I would rather they re-seed for the 2nd round, such that the highest regarded team is matched up against the least, without regard to conferen e championship or conference affiliation
The world needs an upset of Texas and a little guy surviving on. Go ASU! Also related, go Notre Dame too, the world could use a SEC free semifinal too
Agree on Texas. Not sure I can cheer for Notre Dame, but an SEC free semifinal and final would be glorious.
Yeah, it is a hold your nose as you are doing it sort of thing. Living here on the border with Georgia I can tell you the UGA fans have become unbearable last 5 years.

CFP definitely screwed the pooch on the top 4, but I think most knew this. The results just make it clear.
Im not surprised that there were some 1st round blow outs, esp with the bad seeding of the top 4 pushing more quality teams to have a "high" seed. Honestly tho, with no injury, an early easy game keeps the machine running vs a 3 week off cycle. Texas and Pedo U definitely looked like they took last week's game as a way to really tune up the machine.
Just confirmed by the Sugar Bowl President during the press conference. I think that they are going over that Superdome with every fine tooth comb in the City of New Orleans. And I think they’re concerned that they will find something.
