I know Ignas won freshman of the year and was Michigan’s leading scorer, but I wouldn’t trade Wieskamp for him.

I think Joe is a better shooter, rebounder and defender. Once he becomes the go to guy watch out!

Both very good players but Iggy plays with swagger that Joe doesn’t have quite yet. He will get there, though, especially after Cook leaves and he becomes the Alpha.

different style players. Wieskamp better off the dribble, but Iggy better finishing in traffic. Wieskamp quicker defensively, but Iggy stronger defending the post. Both are good shooters.

Don’t judge a kids character by what you see on the court. Iggys got that swag. But, I was at the NCAA tourney in Des Moines on practice day and game days and this kid was the most interactive with the fans. Signing autographs, taking pictures with kids. I thought that was cool. He’s living in the moment.

Now, I wouldn’t trade Weezy in a heartbeat though.

I heard he was great with fans. One of my sons best friends is a Michigan fan and Iggy was great with his son.
