They caught a lot of passes they probably shouldn't have and they dropped a lot they should have caught most games.
It's a lot easier to call different plays when you can execute them......
Not saying that play calling was near perfect all season, but if you don't think execution plays a factor......

Funny how the game turned in the second quarter when in successive series their LT goes down, then Bosa got tossed after COP.

It was like their lungs got ripped out on both sides of the ball. You'd think a roster such as OSU's could weather those things better than that.

Concluding we beat OSU because we passed on 1st down is equally riddiculous to saying play calling had no impact on the outcome. There were people thumping their chests after this game that we won because KF/BF FINALY listened and executed the game plan they had been calling for. It’s a weird way to celebrate a win IMO.

Not suggesting you are in that camp, but I think that’s where some of the resistance comes from. 1 person gives all the credit to one thing so the reaction is that thing deserves no credit. Kinda childish

It was an all around incredible showing from the players and coaches. Maybe the most complete and perfect game of my lifetime against a really special OSU team.

Iowa should play Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State more. Big stage, Big time opponents, Big Hawkeye exposure, B1G.
