RU vs PU....I am rooting for chaos today. Go RU...& Mrs.Screw.

OSU vs MSU...not holding a grudge. Go OSU

PSU vs NW. ...cmon PSU

MD vs IU....Go Terps!

As the young guys on OSU Neb and Minny matured over the season they improved and caught up to the pack making this the most "upset-prone" tourney in memory.
But despite yesterday's loss I will be watching....hope that reality and fatigue do not catch up to the underdogs today resulting in blowouts.

I root for a lot of teams based on their coach.

So....

Terps because I can't stand Indiana's coach
Buckeyes because I can't stand Izzo
PSU because I like their coach
Purdue because I don't mind Painter and I don't like the player for Rutgers that wears the head band and is white.

Since Iowa is gone, will be checking scores from time to time much more than actually watching, but rooting for all the underdogs the rest of the way*.

In other words, BAU.

* Although, I will say that if all the higher seeds win today, will root for Purdue and N'western tomorrow. Because screw Izzo, thus MSU, and Indiana.

I hate that PSU and Northwestern are playing each other, each would be my dark horse pick. I like PSU, Purdue, OSU and Indiana to win. I don't think OSU is done, they are peaking at the right time.

Purdue, but….

The NCAA tourney is what people actually care about…

I’ve watched Houston play and wow - they could take it all.

I don't plan to watch any more BTT games this year. I don't like any of the other teams but in sense of promoting parity, maybe Rutgers or NW deserve some good things.

It will be an interesting NCAA tourney for the B1G. It does seem like when expectations are high, the B1G has recently underperformed. I would say my expectations are not high this year.

I picked Indiana. Just think their road to finals is easiest, and Purdue will trip up to MSU before them.

Plus a little edge since losing the close one to Iowa last year.

It's easy to see why the B1G folds in the dance, after watching Big East and Big 12 tournaments last night. The styles are completely different.

This is some excellent reasoning. I concur. I won't be watching anymore basketball until Selection Sunday, when the brackets are announced. This Iowa team has forced me into taking a short respite from the sport I love.

You mean the guy that looks like this guy?

Maybe OSU can do us a favor and run the table... somehow push us to a 10 seed by grabbing an autobid.. although they'd probably still be a lower seed with all their losses

I would love to see a PSU - OSU final. I am even ok with Purdue winning, just no Indiana.

That would be wild and sort of shameful on the Big 10 in some ways. Either the league is pretty strong in the top 10 to 12 teams or Purdue just isnt that great.

Gene Keady had a ton of great teams and great players but his teams used to crap the bed come tourney time. This years teams lost a couple headscratchers but maybe when teams had enough tape on them the opposing coaches could find some weaknesses. In the NCaa's you do not have much time between the first and third rounds (if you make it that far) to scout your next opponent.
