If Butler gets a medical RS can he transfer? If we can't call a better game and run block better, he has to be weighing options if possible. He isn't a guarantee to start with the other 2 young backs waiting in the wings.

I will take the bet that Butler will play if he is healthy just Like Jewell will play as long as both are medically cleared to play,

Why would he transfer? What has anyone seen that he isn't head and shoulders above young or ikm? Absolutely no way he doesn't start next year if he redshirts. Dude was/is a stud proven back! I would redshirt him in a heart beat. The problem with this team is the O-Line. Bringing Butler back is irrelevant to this years teams success at this point, Wadley can handle the load if he has blocking.

Well sir....Butler's dream has been to play for the Iowa Hawkeyes. You never had the talent or the drive to have a goal like that. He has achieved that goal and he will be back. He is a great addition to this team, he is a Hawkeye, and you are a douche bag. Have a nice evening.

Initially when I saw Nevada play, I understood why Butler transferred. After Saturday, I suspect even Butler is questioning his decision. Butler by all accounts is a solid dude and works hard, but he is 1 year guy who is taking reps from Young and Kelly Martin, who are the future. I credit KF for bringing him in because he now has an excuse for next year when he can lament that Young and Kelly Martin did not get many snaps this season and are still learning the offense.
