The Fever should be a lot better but remember, there's only 12 teams in the league.
And get this: only 4 of the 12 teams had winning records last season, yet 8 of the 12 make the playoffs.
18-22 Chicago made the playoffs as the #8 seed.
Phoenix, with the worst record last year, was REALLY hoping that they'd win the Draft Lottery; so much for that.
