Can't wait for tonight's debate.......

Question for the GOPers on here:

Why is there so much discussion of Planned Parenthood and abortion. Aren't they all "pro-life"? Are they really fighting to be the most pro-life? Is this an issue in choosing a GOP candidate? Isn't it just an issue for not choosing a Democrat?

I don't like Carly, but that was a great, concise response from her.

And then Trump doubled down on his sexism, and doesn't even realize it.

What was Carly talking about with the living fetus being kept alive to harvest the brain? Did I miss a video?

I generally vote republican but listening to them pound the abortion issue is like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Abortion will never ever be repealed. Fight the fight at the grass roots level by offering alternatives to individuals, he'll even pay women to choose adoption.

Because they're going to continue the steps that the Southern states have taken to basically legislate around every nook and cranny of Roe/Casey so that abortion is more or less not a thing in the South (or wherever they can pass this legislation).

What's embarrassing is no one is willing to call out just how doctored these videos were. Their dick measuring over abortion just lost pretty much all of them my vote.

It seems to be a difference in how they will defund PP. Some like Cruz want to shut down the government to force BHO to accept their budget. Walker wants to repeal the filibuster to pass the budget. Bush says the only way is to get a prolife guy in the White House.

Has Carson spoke yet? I only started watching 30 minutes ago, but I dont think he has spoken while others have spoken three or four times.

Hey, I am dia-f***ing-metrically opposed to Cruz, but his CV is quite impressive.

It's insanely impressive. It makes me wonder just how hungry he is for a position like this, where he's willing to come across as such a lunatic, when he's clearly smarter than this.

That said, I worked with 6 kids from Harvard this summer. They are a weird breed. I guess that's what happens when you have 600 people per class.

I think they are striking while it's hot with the videos

He has, but unfortunately it takes him about 5 minutes to get a sentence out. He's a genuine guy, just not a president.

I like Rubio on immigration. I like his wife on immigration more, I don't know why they don't pan the camera to her.

But isn't this debate to choose between these people on the stage?

How does their abortion stance (all against it) make people vote for them vs. the others?

Kind of like Hillary talking about rich CEOs. Is she really going to do something, probably not.

He called for mandatory e-verify. The Camber of Commerce Rs killed that in the 80's. I can't imagine they will like it better now.

I keep hearing people on twitter saying Fiorina is rocking the debate.

I've watched like 4-7 minutes of this. She hasn't said shit that isn't "democrats are bad and screwing us."

I thought we might have learned from 2012. But I guess not. Such a stupid Party led by stupid constituents.

Also Trump is a moron. His argument against birthright citizenship is pure nonsense.

Rubio should be the nominee and would win against any Democrat that is nominated. The Republicans are missing the boat on him. Seems to many are caught up on the Gang of 8

Exactly, it plays to the base...but doesn't separate from your primary opponents.

Difference for Hilary, obviously, is that she really only has one opponent, not 13.

I think cnn wanted all these candidates talking over each other for two hours To damage the entire gop.

It is too hard to listen to all of the confusion.

Kasich/Rubio. Both should get bumps after tonight.
Rubio has been pretty quiet IMO. he may get a bump only because he has fallen so far the last month. Ben and Trump should tumble, but wouldn't be surprised if they maintained.

I don't understand Walker's minimum wage standpoint, somebody help me out.

He says that the answer to minimum wage is to give people the education and training they need to get jobs above minimum wage. But that is logically irrelevant. If everybody got a job above minimum wage, there would be no people doing the minimum wage jobs.....making those jobs minimum wage.

It still requires people working at minimum wage.

Right?
