Those guys were doing it all wrong: if you are hungry enough to eat a domesticated dog or cat, do it right. Spend a couple of days feeding it uncooked rice; after the animal has consumed a few cups, dispatch the animal. Then spit roast it over an open fire until the internal temp reaches at least 145 ( you will want this done). Once the meat reaches temp, remove from heat and empty the stomach contents into a saucepan, adding some of the internal organs and seasoning .
Mix the rice , juice and organs and bring to a boil , throw the meat on a grill to char, and then you have a cat or dog and rice dish versus just munching on a grilled cat or dog

Rice just adds empty carbs. Stuff that dog with a cat..Caninefellini...
