CBS: A Colombian migrant waiting to enter the U.S. using former President Joe Biden’s CBP One app broke down in tears after her appointments were canc

Par for the course for people like Northern. Cruelty is often the point. Hurting the right people is the point. To some extent he probably cannot help it.
The only defense for showing such a sad situation is that it may be a deterrent for others seeking illegal entry into the U.S.

If she can read and thus read half the crap you and your liberal ilk post about this countries political situation she would have stayed where she came from.
Shut the fvck up, victim.

She can get in. She just needs to apply for a work visa and wait her turn.

I get it. People want to come here. We need labor and want people that want to work.

BUT….you don't just get to be given a visa or admitted to the US interior in 5 seconds because you want to. The immigration and work visa process needs to be orderly, purposeful and ensure the safety of Americans by screening prospective foreign citizens.

This isn't hard. This isnt racist. This isn't cruel.

Those making it out be be are being intentionally manipulative by playing on emotion. Its sickening honestly.

We can be generous, fair, and thorough and ensure a predictable process unlike the past 4 years.

If you want to blame anyone for this persons tears blame Biden for removing the necessary guard rails and giving her false hope that she could skip the line by downloading an app and just showing up.

Agreed. Remember when it was ok to feel this way about immigration?

I can empathize, but a country does need to have & enforce it’s borders, or else won’t have a country much longer.

And again I don't disagree with the idea that we have to have some control over who comes in and out. I'm not saying "let her in". I am saying getting some sort of perverse enjoyment at her hopes of a better life being dashed is sociopathic.

I guess in response to your assumptions. How do you know she was going to get a job? What makes you think she was here to have a better life. If she wanted to come to the US do you think she should 100% change to American ways or do you think it’s totally fine that she doesn’t make an effort to learn English. Or do you think she just wants an easier life where she can take advantage of our country while still doing and saying whatever she wants.

Well I'm guessing she's not individually wealthy and immigrants don't get much aid from the government so I find it unlikely that she came here to "take advantage of us"

Sure I do think if you are going to live here you should make an effort to learn English so you can communicate with those around you but I've honestly never ran into anyone who didn't. At the same time if she wants to speak Spanish with others who speak it, I also don't have a problem with that.

Other than the basics of living and working in the US such as learning English, I see nothing else any immigrant should have to change if they live here. They arn't required to like our foods or watch the NFL or partake in any part of American culture.

If all of what you said is true in your mind, why do you think she so badly wanted to get into the US. Why not stop and make a living in one of the many countries she passed through to get here?
She also seems pretty well dressed for someone that doesn’t have much individual wealth or receiving aid from the government. I see plenty of people that are citizens wearing worse clothing daily. I guess she probably spent everything she had on that one outfit to stay warm.

Brown people piss them off when they do it the wrong way and brown people piss them off when they, like this woman, do it the right way. There's one common denominator there.

She probably wanted to come to the US because her ability to make a living in the US is far better than any of those countries.

I wouldn't consider a wool sweater to be "pretty nice clothing". Her clothing was in decent shape but that's it.

What makes her ability to make a living in the US far better than any of those countries.
I mean the jobs people are getting here are the low paying jobs that Americans don’t want and can’t make a living working. How would someone else moving 8 countries away, be able to afford anything here on that crap pay. Not only that, trump is president and the country is going to hell, why would they want to come here.

America in decline is still better than a lot of other places.

I don't know her whole story, so I can't answer all of these questions for her but I do think some degree of empathy is in order for her.

Good lord. Clearly you do not understand the political situation in the world.

Educate yourself before you spout this shit.
Explain it to us. One time. Post one link to anything you state as fact. Respond to the links I posted about jack Smith.

You are fake, phony and a liar. You shouldn't be anywhere near students.
