Be careful where you buy tickets. Went to vivid this AM, charging 25% fees.

Vivid is pretty bad with hidden fees. Also gave my computer a virus.

I don't love stubhub by any means, but at least you know what you're getting

I use stubhub, as you said you know what you are getting. I am not familiar enough with vivid.

I've used both sites, and the fees on Vivid are a little higher, but they start ticket prices a little lower for the same seats (some scalpers list on both). So in some cases, I've saved a few bucks using Vivid for the same seat, compared to StubHub. I usually check both places.

I agree that StubHub is a better experience, plus they offer rewards and birthday coupons. They are my preferred site, usually.

I had no idea such a thing happened. How in the hell can a website "sell" you tickets like that then not fulfill the order? They do realize for a majority of those people going to a Super Bowl is probably a once in a lifetime type thing?
