You are probably right. 'Back in the day' the first pitch to him would be in the airhole of his batting helmet.I don't think you see retaliation unless the Mets are way ahead or (especially) way behind. They were discussing this on Mike and Mike this morning and I agree. Someone, probably David Wright, will go to Matt Harvey and tell him the focus is on winning the game. If there is retaliation to be done, it will be next year, or late in this game if it is out of hand.
I would bet a pretty substantial sum of money that Utley does not face the wrath tonight.
