Chimichurri on a brat?

Wow, y'all. That's a party in my mouth.

I made a chimichurri sauce for the picanha we had last night, and thought, "I wonder what that might taste like on a brat instead of mustard?"

So I did it.

It's freaking outrageously good, that's what it tastes like.

My version of chimichurri has no cilantro, though. That stuff is horrible.

It has parsley, garlic, EVO, red wine vinegar, sea salt, red pepper flakes, and finely chopped red onions, and some chili powder.

BAM! That was awesome!

Real Argentinians do not put cilantro in their chimichurri. That's like a Taco Bell thing.
 
I honestly kind of feel bad for people who have the genetic defect because cilantro is freaking awesome.

Same. It’s like someone saying chocolate tastes like dirt or pizza tastes like paper.

Would be terrible. Poor genetic freaks, I feel bad for them.
