Instead of hanging her number in the rafters, make it a logo on the court.
I shake my head every time I watch her play. A special talent and remarkable young woman. With all the accolades and accomplishments, she has stayed grounded. Her Dad and Mom raised her right, congrats to them.
Its a catch 22, (if you will) lol... We wouldn't see some of the crazy passes she does connect on if she wasn't always pushing the envelope. That fast break bounce pass she made to Stuelke was amazing. When she released it Hannah wasn't even ahead of the defender, and yet she envisioned her in a few more steps being slightly ahead because her brain is always ahead of the play. The ball came up on the bounce right in Hannah's hands. Incredible play, but risky. Thats Clark. She takes those risks. Sometimes she forgets who she's playing with. AOG doesn't make that play, which we saw a couple of times in the 4th quarter.
CC is a wizard on the basketball floor. Sportscenter loves to show the logo threes, and they are fun, but her passing ability is special.
We will never see another Caitlin Clark in our lifetime
Yep...imagine CC has missed a few assists this season playing with the younger gals that seem to miss lots of layups.

Absolutely. Not to knock AOG or Goodman, but they have both struggled at times to play at Clarks pace. Kylie missed a point blank lay up on the break feed from Clark yesterday. I'd wager she misses 2 to 3 assists /game on players fumbling the ball or just missing layups. She set up Taylor for a wide open three with a pass and then screened her defender, but the shot was off the mark. Just saying that not only should she have more assists, BUT she should also have less turnovers/gm if she had more help.
It was a great game to be at. The crowd was awesome. It was my 12 yo daughter’s first game watching CC in person. She said she felt chills a couple of times. CC is definitely worth the price of admission!
You can't buy the kind of publicity and recognition that CC is bringing to Iowa WBB.
