I am well versed in HR bull sh** and there is little that could be done in that situation. The Admin boys (and girls) at UI got schooled in the art of how to handle a Turd--- the less you touch it the better you are!. All admin personnel will be graded harshly and every evaluation will have grounds for termination. You are lucky to have your job. There will be no more "good old boy" deference for the incompetent unprofessional and inappropriate, even if they are lesbians. Just for clarification, is the problem the color of sweater or that he was wearing a sweater? Would a gold sweater have been appropriate in your eyes?

Follow-up question, do you pay attention to the fashion of our coaching staff and those of our opponents at other wrestling meets? More often than not the coaches are wearing sweaters, suit jackets and other 'nice' clothes.
