College Basketball Crown or NIT still possible?

Does locking up no worse than a 16-16 record keep us alive for NIT or new College Basketball Crown tournament? Which one picks first from Big Ten teams? Crown has contract to take two B1G teams, so I'd think they pick first, but I don't know.

If there is a coaching change, and likely ensuing transfers, would we even be able to play in either? Especially the Crown, which doesn't start until after NCAA Elite 8 - what a strange amount of time off for teams that play in that (especially if Nebraska or PSU does, since they're not even playing this next week in Indy)

Mid majors only I believe. With the NIT and Crown there will be no Power5 teams to the CBI or CIT.

As long as you don’t make it to final four if NIT, you could play in both, schedule-wise
