Depaul seems to be the only questionable loss, but even they are 9-1.

Texas Tech has 3 losses, but just beat AP#1 Louisville... that win is going to travel.

We still don't know how Syracuse is, their losses are vs Virginia, Oklahoma State (N), Penn St (N), and vs Iowa. With Penn St. Beating Maryland, maybe that win is more impressive than it seems.

The resume is shaping up already. If we can at least split the next two, we should be in good shape heading into the bulk of Big Ten play.

I think winter break may be very beneficial for us this year, as we can make adjustments with our depleted roster heading into the conference schedule.

I don't think analytics take into account that DePaul has 4 guys who will get a look from the NBA. Reed is the best prospect by far, but Coleman-Lands, Butz and Moore will at least get invites to camps. You can be successful with one of these guys, but when you have multiple the odds are good you will have a solid team.

Combined record of teams Iowa beat 27-2? TT has 3 losses, Depaul 1, Syracuse 4......am I reading that headline wrong? Sorry if I missed something.....but that's 8 losses from those 3 teams.

Teams that beat Iowa.

Which would be DePaul, SDSU, and Michigan.

OPs subject heading and body of message confused me too

Sorry for confusion - was trying to include some nuggets on the relevant portions of our resume so far.
Cliff notes: Iowa has seemingly only lost to very good teams that are likely to make the tournament and has at least 1 very good win, potentially 2 depending on how Syracuse performs.

Combined record of teams Iowa has beaten: 29-36

Not sure we really know a lot yet. We don't really have any losses against bad teams, but our wins are not against anyone impressive, either. Texas Tech and Syracuse don't seem like the teams they were a year ago and/or in the past.

This is going to be a lot easier to gauge in, say, February.

DePaul is 9-1, SDSU 10-0, Michigan 8-1. That comes out to 27-2.

Tech may not be very good (opinion), but it just defeated the No. 1 team in the country by 13, a team that also gave top-ten Michigan its only loss (facts).
