Are we going to have a thread for every possible transfer begging them to come to Iowa?
I do not believe he is a transfer, he never attended SDSU. I believe he asked for his release from his commitment and they granted it; therefore, he would be eligible immediately. Edit: I was referring to point guard Caleb Grill out of Wichita.

Plays out of control and tends to have a low basketball IQ during game. Needs to get his degree.
He is a scorer....but lacks any resemblance of defensive player. You would have to hide him when not on the offensive end.

I was referring to Caleb Grill. I saw SDSU and transposed Caleb Grill instead of Jenkins.
He maybe a nice pickup. He had a lot of really good offers. I already would take him over Dailey
One would hope so. Winning a conference tournament championship is a good thing. It isn't winning the conference, as Alford said when Iowa did it, but it's a good thing.
We lost to Jenkins a couple years ago. It’s a fair question. That said I’m not sure why he wouldn’t follow TJ.
His defensive rating is the worst on SDSU by a considerable margin. A very poor A/TO ratio for a guard. Good shooter.
Best I could find of clips of Jenkins is this local news profile of him during his freshman year. Really good looking shooting stroke. Some good moves to the hoop. Says he liked the family atmosphere at SDSU- right up Fran’s recruiting alley. He’d give a lot of maturity- he’s 20 now, so would be 23 after sitting out a year and playing 2. Timing would be good, being a senior with JW, Nunge, CMac. He’d be a good piece. But, of course, we’d want more.
