Comprehensive Thread: It is NOT the drag queens and trans you need to be worried about...

But sometimes, once again, it is...

Former state Rep. Stacie Marie Laughton of Derry, the first openly transgender person elected to the N.H. House of Representatives, was arrested Thursday by Nashua police on charges she allegedly distributed child sexual abuse images, officials said.

Lock her up! Now, lets get some laws targeting the ministers and youth ministers since they are a clear source targeting minors.

Before they commit crimes or after?
Some kind of racketeering law should be in order. Is the any doubt that the Catholic Church is the largest child sex-trafficking organization in history? Moving pedophiles around so they could find fresh victims. I mean, the Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that the Mormon Church has a Constitutional right to shield child molesters from law enforcement. Something must be done!

Same as the laws for drag queens
Which drag queen laws should we apply to ALL priests to prevent child abuse? Fyi - I believe the odds of a child being sexually abused by a priest is probably 1,000 x greater than being abused by a drag queen or trans. But I'm curious which laws you think we can pass to prevent this?

Not the "same" laws, just ones that similarly target where the abuse is actually coming from.

Such as? You seem to not want to offer anything of substance? How about mandatory in depth background checks for anyone working with minors, repeated yearly? I coached multiple sports when the kids were younger and we had to for some organizations.

I'm not a legal expert. Edit: I'll take a stab. How about huge fines for the organizations they are affiliated with for not providing proper supervision? I'm not going to argue the details of that but you see where I'm going.

Maybe require supervision for all organizations who believe in fairy tales and made up beings with super powers to properly supervise any of the reps who work with children?

So yeah, you really don't want solutions, you're just against all organized religion period. Got it.

Meow and lol. I don't believe in them and wish they didn't try to make everyone live the way they want people to live but meh...

How about children can't be present when priests are preforming their act?

Oooh.....God might be gettin' fed up here with the faux Christians and their bigotry and children-buggering...

They don't all do this but I'd certainly agree there's been A LOT of bad in the organized religion arena pretty much forever. I personally haven't stepped foot in a church for a non wedding/funeral in a decade, but the kids all have had great experiences with the local church's youth program. They don't cram the usual stuff down their throats, it's been more about getting together for some healthy fun, having good group discussions about challenges they're facing and above all else public service and volunteerism.

As in preaching to a congregation? That's where this is going? Might be a reach but go for it I guess.
This must be where you pulled the religious zealot card on me in another thread but you're once again barking up the wrong tree. Read my post above this one, and quit assuming random shit about other posters. It serves no productive purpose.

How about no preachers or priests are allowed in the same room as a minor unless a drag queen is present?

I can always count on you to miss the point.

It seems this thread has drug out a new denier or two (or an old one under a new alias). I'm happy to go post for post on church affiliated versus drag queen / trans rapes and molestations. Here's another, btw:

The Kenosha County Eye reports:

David DeBerge, 67, of Kenosha was charged today in Kenosha County Circuit Court with repeated sexual assault of a child and another sexual assault-related felony. The first count carries a maximum sentence of 60 years and the second, 40 years.
According to the criminal complaint, DeBerge is accused of molesting a relative from the time she was in third grade, in 2012 until the end of 8th grade. The allegations included numerous times when DeBerge allegedly forced the young girl to perform oral sex on him.
DeBerge spent 20 years in the Wisconsin Army National guard as a chaplain. He also preaches the gospel to offenders who are incarcerated. DeBerg is the chaplain for the local American Legion

Priest Gets 25 Years For Drugging, Molesting 17 Men

The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports:

Stephen Sauer, the former Roman Catholic priest and ousted executive director of the Arc of Greater New Orleans, was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison for drugging 17 men he met in the French Quarter, driving them to his Metairie home and taking pictures of them unconscious and partially undressed while he masturbated.
Judge Shayna Beevers Morvant of the 24th Judicial District Court handed down the punishment after Sauer, 61, pleaded guilty to 13 counts of sexual battery, nine counts of third-degree rape, 17 counts of video voyeurism and 16 misdemeanor drug charges, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office said.
Prosecutors said Sauer admitted targeting men who appeared to be intoxicated, lost or in need of assistance over a two-year period beginning in 2019.

Parents, keep your children away from youth pastors. At this point with all of the proven and real abuse coming from them, it would be considered negligent parenting to allow your child to be in the presence of one... especially alone. It is your fault as a parent if this happens at this point.

I imagine rn he wishes he had gone in search of a bro job from an adult male rather than a minor female. He's cute enough to not have a problem.
