Link to Chauvin’s 18 write ups? I thought it was two, but 18 sounds a lot better for the narrative and really drives home the point.

My bad, he had 18 formal complaints against him. Not sure if that's the same as a write up so I may have used the wrong verbiage. 18 complaints with 16 of them being closed without any sort of disciplinary action.
