NDSU Athletics in conjunction with the NDSU Alumni Association will host a Bison Nation Pep Fest at the Marriott Coralville Hotel & Conference Center on Friday, Sept. 16, in Coralville, Iowa. The hotel address is 300 East 9th Street, Coralville, Iowa.
Doors open at the pep fest at 5:30 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $10 if purchased by Thursday, Sept. 15, or $15 if purchased at the front door (ages three and under are free). From 6-7 p.m., join Bison 1660 AM for "Football Friday Night" live from the pep fest. NDSU play-by-play announcer Jeff Culhane and sideline reporter Jeremy Jorgenson will look at the matchup with the Hawkeyes and interview former Bison football greats.
NDSU President Dean Bresciani and Director of Athletics Matt Larsen will speak from 7-7:30 p.m., and The Front Fenders will provide live entertainment from 7:30-10:30 p.m. to close out the pep fest.
The Bison tailgate lot opens at 6 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17. The official NDSU tailgate lot will be in the northeast student parking lot at West High School, located at 2901 Melrose Avenue in Iowa City (map).
