Coralville City Council approves details of redevelopment project creating ‘gateway’ to the city

Ten acres at the corner of First Avenue and Second Street in Coralville — a “gateway between the University of Iowa and Coralville” — will include restaurant, retail, commercial and multifamily housing as part of a redevelopment project.

Interesting. That area has long needed redevelopment IMO.

I feel sorry for folks who have to live in apartments between the railroad tracks, junk yard and the two busiest streets in the county...
