I believe iowa has better lightweight coaching and that if Lee comes to iowa he will never lose to a penn state wrestler.

Iowa certainly has great lightweight coaching, although it certainly isn't the only place you can get the lightweight coaching or the room partners to get you a NC. That is certain.
Not to Iowa fans specifically, but in general I find amusing all the anointing that goes on with HS wrestlers. It's like nobody pays attention to history - even recent history. Yes, Lee may turn out to be great, but there is a long way to go. Suriano has beaten him in the past, Fix recently beat him - not saying they are better - just that it is very, very rare that anyone is unbeatable. Maybe Spencer turns out to be that guy, but as of now he is still dominating kids at a pretty low weight, dominating a fairly weak 120 field both in PA and nationally last year, mostly young kids (which is his age). Not his fault, just reserving judgement on the next Kolat, Schlatter, Mocco, etc. until he actually starts beating some of the big boys. He's still got things to prove before he becomes a 4x NC, just like everybody else in HS.
Of course, we all know that Mark Hall is going to beat him to the punch and become the next undefeated 4xer, lol.
Came back to edit this - this is not to be taken as a slight to Spencer Lee. He is a great, great recruit - the school that gets him will be very, very lucky. I hope it is PSU. I'd also like Suriano, Fix and a few others, lol.

Amalone is the equivalent to Rutgersal, yes (not sure if you are familiar with him, but he is worth finding for entertainment purposes). I'm not sure why you are judging us by pointing him out. Just like I don't judge the rest of the HR posters by singling you out.

Guilibon 2, Clark 1--sure Clark beat him the most important match of the three but please spare me the crap that he could not beat Clark again...laughable..they are pretty even and if you can't admit that you are incredibly biased. To bad Guilibon is moving up, I would love to have seen matches 4 and 5 this coming season. Total honesty- I do think Clark could win 6 out of 10, he is a tough kid.

I am not much for the Ped State stuff myself. Just reminds me of the evil in this world for which 99.9% of Penn Staters were not responsible for. As for my post after Gilman's loss, Amalone went on a tirade of hate after a year of kissing up to us on here because he was trying to reduce the avalanche of sh*t he thought he was going to take if we won it. Soon as it was clear we weren't, he went on multiple rants that made MitchL look like Mr. Rodgers. Even went after Goldbanger... One of your good guys.
I'm not sure I'm breaking big news on anything, and it takes me a lot to say this about one of our own (if only to avoid fights on our own board), but Amalone is flat-out wierd. It doesn't take much to realize it goes beyond some sort of message board persona. Some of his posts make my skin crawl.
Amalone often took things to far, It is a shame because If you took the aggressiveness out of many of his posts they were fun and knowledgeable source of optimistic Penn State Wrestling perspective. I totally get how opposing fans would hang on to those really aggressive moments he had, it is hard to forget and let go.
