I’m in my 60’s and at my checkup first week of December it was either the covid booster or the flu shot..... they said I needed a 3 week gap between..... so I chose the covid booster was going to get my flu shot first of next month....... now I have Influenza A...... all of my kids and grandkids have it except my son in law who had his flu shot 😂 got in the wrong line again

Im in charge of testing folks for Covid where I work. We’ve had 10 positive tests this week. 9 were vaccinated employees. 4 out of 10 had Covid already. All were either asymptomatic or had minor body aches around Christmas time. Lots of folks are going to test positive, not a lot are going to die. I’m in LA county with a very high vaccination rate. Vax or no vax, if you get exposed to Omicron, you’re getting it. More shots isn’t going to help.

This is what the anti vaxxers don't understand. The purpose isn't necessarily to stop from getting Covid, it's to help prevent hospitalization and/or death.
Spreading Covid to those with compromised immune systems is another purpose, but many on the Right are too selfish to consider that.
We work with people (clients) with compromised immune systems. The first known Covid case in our office occurred last week. There’s like 60 of us in that office, but we’ve followed guidelines now for almost two years.

They don't think that they can spread covid. Those with a compromised immune system should get the vaccine because everyone is a spreader.
