He for sure is done as a member of this team, there is little doubt about that at this point. He was done the minute that Fran signed Garza and Nunge the same weekend in the Fall.

No, Conner still would have to walk on even though Jones will be moving on. Nunge got Jones' ride.
I certainly wish him the best of luck with whatever comes next. I feel bad for him that his body didn't hold up and allow him to succeed at Iowa.
I wish Jones the best of luck. I think his playing days are over with the knee not being 100% but you never know if by next year he feels well enough for the low D1 route. It was still swelling earlier in the year after games so I'm guessing he hangs up the sneaks after the season.
Beset by injuries his entire career but nice to see he is getting a college degree (I assume he's graduating).
Dom has no confidence, basically was a non entity last night, 2 fouls, 1 turnover and 2 rebounds. He did spell our Bigs but the young man does not play with any enthusiasm and plays soft. Too bad because I was hoping for better things from him this year.
I wouldn't make proclamations based on one game. We had 2 guys play well off the bench, Baer and Pemsl. Everyone else off the bench last night was not good. In terms of Uhl, he is what he is. Good defender, hustles, but the whole package just isn't there yet. Wouldn't surprise me if his best basketball came after college. I don't think he's going anywhere, Iowa has a pre-season trip scheduled to Germany this summer.
He has really regressed this season. He see very little PT next year unless he straightens himself out.
I am. Not in a pull his scholarship kind of way, but in a meaningful rotation minutes kind of way. We will have a crowded front court already next year, roll with the young kids.
Crazy that he got sent to B1G Media Days (shows Fran's confidence) and just never could make anything work. Injuries suck.

McCaffery says Jones knee swelled up on him again last night, so not sure if he can play on Senior Day. Another tough break for that kid
