I was really young and found a pack of matches and went outside on a nice summer day and found the perfect spot where nobody would see me, between our house and the neighbor's garage, really close to our house. I was trying light assorted items on fire, mainly paper, and suddenly my mom was right there yanking my arm and administering what was then called an ass-whipping. I forgot the window might be open and she smelled the smoke.Pretty amazing. I grew up crazy poor for part of my life so I can recall a few times when I basically just played with lighters and matches for fun. It's cool that a kid in a 7 million dollar home would be doing the same.
I remember lighting paper airplanes on fire, throwing them off the deck and then shooting them with a BB gun as they flew/burned.Pretty amazing. Amazingly I didn't burn anything down.
