I never remember the Democrats ever overrunning the capitol. I don't ever remember them denying that they had lost, they always conceded. Statements or not, push came to shove, they conceded. Trump to this day cannot admit he lost because he thinks it shows weakness. He wanted Pence to allow false electoral ballots to keep him in power. He then cheered to his masses when they said hang Pence. This isn't the hill you want to die on.
