Weaponizing the power of the State to go after anyone who is critical of him or his policies. Nothing authoritarian about that, right?
It's a good thing those fiscally responsible, hard-right conservative Republicans are in charge
It's money well spent when you're either rewarding a large benefactor or owning the Libs.
We seriously dodged a bullet with this loser Cocoran when our current president was hired. (McCullough is doing a great job, btw) Cocoran was pulling out all the stops to have himself selected. Fortunately he didn't succeed.
He is one of the few people who have publicly strong armed DeGroomer and was rewarded for it. The reward being the job of state commissioner of education. He's played along with the Tallahassee Tyrant's agenda and now he has been rewarded with a university presidency.
The goal for Meatball Ron and his donors is to turn New College into a state subsidized version of Hillsdale. This is the right wing college that for many years advertised on lard ass Limbaugh's show. Soon Florida not only will be a bastion of fascism, we will also educate well trained fascists to implement misery all over the globe.
