You can own a gun without practicing or shooting, the evidence you provided suggests she does own a firearm so the questions regarding her lying are moot.

As far as the model of gun, I would argue that campaign staffers likely wouldn't know that information and perhaps someone should ask her that.
I don't think it's a realistic expectation that a campaign rep has been briefed on the model of firearm that Harris owns.
