Did he kill her?

What’s a logical explanation why the fiancé wouldn’t cooperate?

I can see which posters on HROT that the defense team will be angling to get on the jury. Oh I know, they need some physical evidence, but some of you are a little to forgiving in that he NEVER TOLD ANYONE SHE WAS GONE!!!!
Is his defense going to be that she got out somewhere on I-70 to get a Diet Pepsi when he stopped for gas, he took off, and he never thought to go back for her? And, then she disappeared?
But that’s just it. He doesn’t have to say a damn thing. The prosecution has to come up with a theory. All he has to do is refute that.

He killed her and is basically saying…good luck finding the body.

or perhaps it’s just a misunderstanding. Like a Three’s Company Episode and we are all Mr. Roper, and we are only seeing a slice of reality.

Or maybe she just told him to stop, he did, and she got out and he drove off. Maybe it was because of an argument, or maybe she needed to pee, or maybe she wanted to see a sight and he didn't.

Doesn't matter. We can all speculate. We can all tend to believe he's guilty outside the courtroom. There's no evidence the guy did anything criminal. There's not even evidence of a crime.

Were your ears burning?
Nothing less than pics of him leaning over a blood spattered corpse with the knife in his hand would do for you? ;)

Yup. I'm all about innocent until proven guilty.

Apparently someone called the cops on them because they were arguing a few days before she went missing. If I'm Brian, I'm thinking about that when cops want to point fingers at me.

We all agree that there is no evidence. But that doesn't mean that there aren't signs of foul play here. No one is suggesting that if he went to court right now he'd be found guilty - just that he appears guilty based on his actions. Same with talking to the police. We understand that talking to the police is usually a bad idea, but the fact that he's not talking to anyone isn't a good sign.
It's really not that hard to understand both things.

I’ve been all over OP's mom's Tetons (including to the top of the Grand, soooo close on Middle, and twat) and OP's mom was cock climbing in various areas of the park. The climbing and hiking is IMHO some of the best in the United States for such a “small” woman. Add in that she's way less busy, and I agree with your ass-essment. One of my absolute favorite perks.

I do understand why OP's mom's visitors that like to drive and take short walks love her Yellowstone Valley though. Tough to beat all the amazing smells and wildlife encounters from the comfort of your bed or a short twerk away.

You could have saved the lecture if you read my entire post. Or if you read it, taken the time to comprehend it.

this is the question that makes him look guilty… 99.999% of innocent people would have already told as much as they know IF (the big IF) they cared at all about the missing person. Plus, most of us would be honest and say what we knew to avoid looking like we are hiding things.

There's no hard evidence that he killed her... yet. However, he is the key suspect since he last saw her, then left the location they were last together without her and never reported her missing.

  1. Police will be using any GPS/Phone records/data
  2. any computer searches/data
  3. interviews with friends/family
  4. they will get into their house and the vehicle and test them
This might be hard to find her body and prove he killed her as there's a ton of wide open spaces between Moab and Tetons. But, they will get a narrative on their relationship and know where they were and what they we saying/texting/searching online. And, they will also likely get something in the van/house.

Not a good look for him at all. If she left, got lost or fell you'd say so. If you did something you won't. It's just a matter of can the police piece it together.

Laundrie tried to drive off and leave her once. It's conceivable he did it again. At one point he slept in a motel room while she slept in the van.

Yep, so maybe a glimmer of hope. It does seem odd though if this was the case, that a family PR person would not already be making this known. Another scenario I could see reading the stuff from that incident is it seems they both had some mental health issues and possibly could have been into drugs. So two other possibilities is she killed herself or ODd and he was too despondent / freaked to handle. Most likely though, he killed her if I had to make a bet.

Don't know if this has been posted. Fill body cam footage of the two of them being stopped and Gabby almost being charged with domestic violence?

Anyone else following this story? Guy and his fiancé buy a camper van, set off to tour the country. Allegedly they make it to the Grand Tetons but not Yellowstone. He ultimately returns to FL, she’s nowhere to be seen. He lawyers up; has nothing to say.

Most likely. He for sure knows the whys though.

And that is because he won't tell anyone anything. If this was your daughter I think you would have an entirely different stance.

Body cam interviews during the police call before she went missing. They were apparently fighting….

This occurred on August 12th. August 25th was the date she is seen, last contact by phone message was August 30th, assumed to have gone missing or near or around those dates. No charges were filed.

This was after the altercation, and this was the suggestion of the cops.

Based on the body cam footage, he didn't tell her to get out of the van and drive off. He was trying to get them both to take a walk to cool off.

You're right. It's not personal for me. But I have known 2 people, who are good friends, who were unjustly accused of crimes. Both times the charges were dropped, but only after a lot of legal expenses, anguish, and damage to their reputations.

IF we just look at this thread, there are so many people who automatically think Laundrie is guilty of murder, even without knowing if she's dead, I'm not surprised he isn't talking.
