I am a very regular (input pun here) customer of Chipotle because they offer high quality ingredients and a healthy alternative for fast food if you do it right. Plus, it tastes damn good.

A few years ago I stumbled on to what is essentially the employee subreddit. It is fascinating to read about the inner workings of the place. How they view their local management. Chipotle corporate. Secrets of how things actually work behind the scenes. Shit customers. Shit employees / coworkers. Etc.

I feel like a fly on the wall of the place and love the drama. Anybody else a regular somewhere and keep tabs on things via Reddit?

I’m not an avid Redditor. It loads weird on my work laptop (my only laptop).

I frequent my cities Reddit, and I often add “Reddit” to my weird questions for Google, ie “why is my dishwasher not drying + Reddit”, cause I’ve found some helpful responses that way versus the first 10 links being sponsored.

Now I want to follow a random Reddit at your sugggestion OP- cheers!

Nice.

What's your diet and prep like?

I never cook and should learn how to.
I eat the same meals everyday pretty much. I prep on Sun. Overnight oats and fruit for breakfest. Chicken, rice, broccoli for dinner. Salmon/steak, potatoes, and veggies for supper. protien shakes and almonds and cottage cheese/ yogurt for snacks.

I cheat at parties and family events.

Nice!

Add some fish oil and you'll be even more shredded.

I’m sure it does. And I bet it’s an incredible follow. You have to kind of poke around and find the employee subreddits though.

I've been slaying r/migraine for my Migraine Ministry the past couple months.

I have 39 Redditor migraineurs who said they're very interested in my fish oil treatment:

Hello Redditor,

I just saw your post about your migraines.

I started getting brutal migraines beginning in 2001.

I saw several neurologists, took different medications and nothing really helped.

In 2011, I started taking fish oil with high DHA daily. Since then, my migraines have dropped 95% overall. Fish oil helps lower migraine pain. I take 1,000 milligrams per day of DHA and EPA combined.

It's been a miracle. I've been preaching this for years to whomever will listen, hoping to help.

There is also a vegan DHA substitute for vegans.

I can show you what I take if you'd like.

Respectfully,
Brian

I don’t follow sub reddits of restaurants because I’m not a virgin.

You don't. Trust me. I party like a Mormon.
