I can't remember our punt returner, (Kevonte Martin-Manly?) the one who had one of those long hyphenated names who looked like he was going to break Kinnick's punt return record one Saturday against a nobody, and KF didn't allow it. He said something along the lines of we should leave that record be. We found out the player was quite angry about it years later.

It's a fact KF is not in the same league as Woody when it comes to winning-coaching greatness. Perhaps he should leave it be. It'd be the classy move.

If Ferentz is chasing personal achievements he needs to be shown the exit - shoved out if necessary.

I do not in any way believe that’s the case. He is simply married to an outdated philosophy featuring an antiquated offense.

In any event, Iowa AD Goetz will have to address the situation.
