Yeah, you’re right, we just can’t really see here what’s happening. We couldn’t predict this at all. Nobody warned us. 🤣🤣🤣
tom no doubt a parade of horribles was trotted out, and to some degree they've acted on some of that parade. but they've also gotten smacked down on some of it, and i think they'll be smacked down on some more of it. the reality of things is that a lot of things that people are talking about as 'having happened' are still pretty much in like the second inning.

Getting there, but not yet. We're doing the right things to get closer to on track, but we aren't there.

Phase 1 is clean up waste and clean up the border, but those 2 things aren't likely to get the country back to bringing in more revenue than it spends. It's going to take more cuts, followed by focus on driving revenue (which may even include tax increases, which could be OK AFTER we trim the fat).

We did the right thing by electing a conservative government for this portion of the job.

F—k no isn’t an option?
You don’t think the country is on the right track because your activists group funding is getting cut. This country is on the right track because tax dollars aren’t going to you so you can write about a bunch of Marxist bullshit.

Is this poll a continuation of how things have been since the last year, 4 years or is this all new the last month? I can see how people agree it’s off track when it’s been that way for a while.
If they are voting it’s new the last month, well that’s pretty crazy that 95% of people can tell how things are going with less than a months worth of data. How anyone could think the train has been put back on track in less than a month is crazy to think.

Tell ya what, hoss. You're a lot closer to that homeless guy than you are to the billionaires who will actually get the tax cuts under Trump.
You could quit your job and try 24/7/365 to make me homeless and you would fail.

People should spend more time worrying about themselves and what they can control vs being bitter and pissed 24/7.

You multiply my wealth by a number less than a thousand and I would be a billionaire. You multiply a homeless persons wealth by that and you likely have zero.

Biden and company had four years to cut out loopholes for the rich and did nothing. Maybe they will take the gloves off next time they get the chance.

Unhappiness is a spiritual problem, not political. I estimate there are around 40 million Trump voters who after this little sugar-high runs out of fuel, are back to being unhappy.

So are we on the right track? Probably not.

The fact that you need to go back to slavery kinda proves my point.
I get your point, and I don't quite know where things are headed. But we are certainly not worse than any time in history. I think that you may have exaggerated just a bit. Again, you honestly don't think we are currently worse off than the country was during slavery or the genocide on native American's do you?

Tax cuts for the wealthy will have to work better than they ever have before considering how many middle class people Trump and Elon are wanting to fire.
Tax cuts for the wealthy always has been an extremely disingenuous talking point. This time is no different.

It's hard to be on the right track when we're off the rails. It's just a matter of time before this administration starts ignoring the courts.
Like when Biden ignored the courts when trying to cancel student loans...but that's different right, Biden actually did it...but OMG what if Trump does something

No. You clearly don't get my point if this is your takeaway.

Apparently I did not get your point then. Not the first time something has gone over my head, nor probably the last.

So, this was your exact quote: "We've never been on a wronger track."

Explain to me how where we are now is worse than some of the darkest times in US history. I mean no disrespect to you Huey, I just disagree with your assessment.

I love how DOGE brags about "saving" $25k, then Trump blows several times that amount in fuel costs alone to do passes at NASCAR events with Air force one.
Coming from a guy who prefers his president has to be hidden in his bedroom and not be updated on what is taking place in the country because he can't mentally handle it...cry harder

Math is fun. For ease of numbers, I'll say you are worth 10M. Multiply by 1000 is 10B.

That homeless guy with nothing is 10M away from having what you have. And you're only 9.9 billion away from those billionaires.

Great work, slick.

I voted "I don't know" because I don't have any idea how to tackle being asked about "the right track" in regard to the United States. Sort of an enormously broad question.

It's always what about. Keep taking the low road. We'll see where it goes.
not a very bright response...your president actually did it...and you dems are taking stances on what ifs about Trump....some serious gaslighting going on here

By then the GOP will just get them riled up with another made up enemy. Assuming the trans kids aren't still an effective punching bag.

clean up the border

I've seen you say this a few times as a good thing for Trump. Why weren't you screaming when the bipartisan bill on the border was shot down so Trump could campaign on it? If it's such a value to you why postpone a bill that would have helped the issue?

As a founding father of the Let it Burn movement, I actually voted yes. Unorthodox, I know, but getting the full crazy/corruption/Project 25 out hard and fast is perfect for the temperature needed for change.
