Documentary from last night.

Supposedly going to be on Big Ten Network on 3/14 at 6am if you don’t have BTN+. Can’t confirm. Heard this is a fantastic documentary and will definitely be recording it.

I’m curious if the focus on Bull/Kem/ADS was a directorial decision or if Eierman, Young, etc just didn’t want to do much.

After Kem’s story, seeing JE deal with his injury was what I most wanted to get a behind the scenes glimpse of.

Yes. Can’t believe they didn’t include the dual at Nebby and Jaydin vs Redd and the injury in it.

In the article it stated the edit deadline was shortened from 10 months to like 12 weeks. It’s a bunch of students.

It’s not as good as “Terry” but I’ll watch and enjoy any wrestling documentary.

Knowing JE a little bit I can’t imagine he was shy in front of the camera. I’d assume he was a quote machine.

That said, I could also see him being devastated and not wanting any part of that doc after how his season slipped away from him due to injury.

I was surprised he was shown so little, but maybe that was his choice? I did notice at one point he [Edit: I was mistaken. It was Desanto, who was with Eierman at the time, who said it] told the camera operator to stop filming him while he was working out.

Caught part of it and will try to get the rest. It was great.

Some have already said it, but it made me really appreciate what Kemerer battled through (dislocated shoulder several times, including right there in practice). Also Spencer's unbelievable drive and tenacity in working his way back from bilateral knee surgeries.

Marinelli seems very personable and at ease speaking. One short scene show him watching a heavyweight climb a rope (Cass?).

DeSanto warming up was definitely a highlight ... handstands, with pushups and bouncing around, even on one hand. What a machine!

And yeah, maybe could've edited out a few sweat pool closeups. Lol!

Just watched.
Somehow I have even more respect for Kem, which I didn’t think was possible.

The first half or so is kind of feel good and gets you excited for the season and then the injuries and psu dual, then big tens and ncaas…. Just gut wrenching. I feel like a wuss (I know I am) compared to these guys.
And that was just the right amount of sweat.

Someone said already but to watch the documentary, all you have to do is sign up for Fubo TV. You get a free 7 day trial. Search for the doc title. Just make sure to cancel before the 7 day free trial ends. One downside, you can fast forward or rewind.

I thought that was Desanto saying that when JE and Desanto were doing push-ups. Could be wrong though.
moug, I went back and viewed it again. You are correct. It was Desanto. Thank you for catching my mistake. I edited my original comment to reflect the correction.
