He's been lying out of his ass for 70+ years, that IS a lot of preparation for his performance tonight.
A lot of it isjust bullshitting. Not even caring whether or not it's truthful, no strategy, just spewing bullshit.
So now we see the left's strategy. Have Biden spew unintelligible babble and have him stare off into the abyss so no one can honestly fact check anything he says, brilliant.

It's hard to fact check Joe when he says stuff like "500 million billion" and doesn't or can't form coherent sentences. Trump only did it once, but there was more than one occasion where he could have just asked Joe WTF are you talking about?

I’m amazed Trump only went there once. I think they told him it’ll be apparent, don’t beat up on Biden and make people feel sympathy. And the more amazing thing is it seems like Trump listened to the advice.
