Maybe Botox Boy will throw some money Fran’s way. Though he’s probably never heard of the sport basketball.doubtful, I'd think fran has more cash on hand than bill does right now

It's an Interesting question. But I think the good ole' fashion Northeast Legacy pretentiousness and elitism passed down, like a Victorian hemophilic strain, will preclude that outcome. At the institutional levels as well as the more personal ones. This type of entertainment and hobby is for us phlebs. It's beneath them. Besides, how can they amass more money and power if they are using their money on something other than means to amass more money and power?makes you wonder if an ivy league school could become a juggernaut with NIL now?
With the way things are now I doubt any mid majors will be making the Sweet 16 anymore. There can still be cinderellas but it will be a year to year thing. A team like Drake can pop up but it will only last a year unless a guy like McCollum would decide to stay at a mid major. I think he would have kept most or all of those players, including Stirtz, and I know that sounds crazy. In no other program would Stirtz play 40 minutes and do whatever he wants at all times.

No, most boring Final 4 in years.Colorado State was a buzzer beater by Maryland away from making it this year. The scales are tipping, but let's see if things can get wrangled in a bit.
And, seeing the best 4 teams in the sport battling it out seems like a good consolation.![]()

These were two terrific games today, no doubt about that.Disagree. I will take four #1 seeds over last year when no one thought UConn was going to lose - they won their 6 games by 140 points - average of 23.3 points per game.
Yeah they should have just not tried. Good call.Duke will go down as one of top 50ish collections of players in modern basketball history to not win a championship.
Aka, a team that will be forgotten in 2 years. Money well spent.
That wasn't the point at all you fvcking retard.Yeah they should have just not tried. Good call.
Yeah I’d take it back too. You really come off as quite the pussy. That wasn't the point at all you fvcking retard.
I was simply mocking the premis of the OP, just like I'm mocking you.
Typical retarded response. Doesn't even make sense.Yeah I’d take it back too. You really come off as quite the pussy.
Come up with some new vernacular. Though I see how that could be tough for someone like you. Best to stick with the rolodex.Typical retarded response. Doesn't even make sense.

That’s one way to look at it—or maybe they just see the over-the-top money in college sports for what it is: completely absurd. It's an Interesting question.
