I know gobblin has good intel but what if Clark was not as bad as thought? Has anyone heard a REAL update?

Odds of wrestling
Marinelli>Stoll>Clark. I am leaning towards no Stoll or Clark but could see Stoll getting a match. I don't see Clark wrestling but would be thrilled to be wrong.

I'm good with Clark not wrestling, he's way to valuable come March and has last win against Richards.

Stoll - maybe a couple matches...don't really need to see him against someone like Medberry first weekend back from injury.

Alex - if 100% healthy - go get it kid!!

Totally not saying anything against gobblin' info.
Just a thought

Cory hasn't drilled since his injury, didn't weigh in vs ISU, and still couldn't lift his arm over his head with his own power.

Highly doubt they risk anything with Stoll yet either.

No idea what they've got planned for Marinelli... Regardless, I still put the chance of him red shirting at about 90%.

I get the feeling some of you think I'm enjoying giving this bad news regarding Clark... Couldn't be farther from the truth. Since his freshman year Cory had been the kid I pull hardest for on the team. Young man is an absolute warrior in every sense of the word. Makes me absolutely sick that he's going through this his senior year when he, believe it or not, was/is even more determined than ever. At this point I'm just hoping he can get feeling right enough to be ready to compete at B1Gs, kick ass, and get himself a pretty seed in STL.

I have seen the jokes, but it never occurred to me that you enjoyed it. on a lighter side gman could have a couple of good matchups 4-1 and 5-1 with bresser and rodriguez last year

I heard Cory was on the mat this week. What his level of participation I don't know for certain, but he has done some wrestling.

Good deal... My info was as new as the night of the ISU dual. Still have to imagine his level of participation was minimal.

I would be shocked if anyone thought you enjoyed giving bad news. I never think that about you.

I believe Midlands is much stronger this year then it has been in the last 5. There are a few new teams but overall the regulars have gotten much better. Let's all hope the fighting Illinois kittens can fight through the rain to show up.
Hope the weather holds out for Illinois.

Ditto the dittos...Know for a fact how much you are rooting for Clark, as we all are. Still, I hope you are wrong ;)

As my avatar would suggest I am a diehard Dodger fan, and therefore hate your post. The "thrill" is looking less thrilling these days. Stollhouse however, ain't looking to shabby! Lookin like Swaghouse to me! ;)
You'll get a bang out of this, so cal. . . .

So our girls are pretty much sports-illiterate, despite my efforts to inform them.

Our 14-year-old requested and received a Dodgers hat for Christmas (and is wearing it as I write). She has no idea who the Dodgers are, but she loves the blue. To her credit, she does know the "LA" stands for "Los Angeles", which, of course, she thinks is cool.

So in a way, my daughter's a Dodger fan. Baby steps, I guess, although if she actually knew anything about baseball and her dad's lifelong devotion to the Cubs, she'd be sporting the Cubby "C".;)

The brackets are coming out tonight. Does anyone have an idea when? I'd probably guess around an hour or two after weigh-ins conclude but I can't find the weigh-in time.
