Brother you need to get out of the Musk/Tesla/SpaceX silo and actually read a news source instead of just blindly parroting what another Musk fanboy says.

Foglietta said he would let a Federal Judge make their decision on if they wanted to hear this case first, not that he wasn't going to let the case proceed at all. The Federal Judge decided today that the this is something the Pennsylvania state court should handle. Now that the Federal Judge has made his decision the case will continue to move forward in state court.

I've seen no such claims that "mainstream Democrats" want to "eliminate" the CIA, FBI, Federal Reserve or IRS.
In fact, quite the opposite - Democrats want to give the IRS the resources it needs to root out tax cheats like Elno.
