Just like they did with football conferences to screw FSU out of a playoff spot. Football is arguable. So, let me get this right. The best basketball conference in the country has done in the FIRST ROUND of the tourney:

2 Seed Tennessee wins big ... against a 15 seed ... expected win.
8 Seed MS St. loses by 18 points to a lower seed
6 Seed South Carolina loses by 14 to an 11 seed
3 Seed Kentucky loses to a 14 seed Oakland
7 Seed UF (Gators suck!) loses to a 10 seed play-in team

Clearly, they are the best basketball conference in the country.

ESPN can suck it.

They'll be fine. The committee will hold an emergency meeting tonight to vote on who they think would win and which teams "you really would not want to play" and all 8 sec teams will be playing this weekend.
They might even put in a 9th.

Aggies spanking Nebraska. Aggies will be a tough matchup for UofH (assuming they don’t get upset)

A&M is ridiculously hot shooting today. I don’t think it can hold up. They’re just in a zone right now.

I never take tourney performances in single-elimination tournaments as proof of the strength or weakness of a specific conference. Bad matchups, cold shooting, etc.

Not a good look however of course.

Simple solution:

Stop watching eSECspin!!!!!

Yep, don't watch BSPN. Your life will be much better without their manufactured narratives, hot takes and constant pro-SEC propaganda. Know that when they are crapping on a team, more often than not, that team is an obstacle to one of their precious SEC schools

It's crazy that NC State has essentially won 1/3 of their games for the season in the last 12 days. Did they have a good season or not?

They had a strange season; 2/3 of the way through, they were looking pretty good - sitting at 15-7; then they collapsed losing 7 out of their last 9 (including their last 4) to go from looking like a tournament team to looking like they'd get passed over by the NIT...only to mow through the acc tournament (winning 5 games in 5 days) to get the conference automatic bid.
