ESPN Story: "Caitlin Clark has moved on, but Iowa still winning, drawing fans"

What is amazing is the author claims Caitlyn transformed Iowa basketball. That isn't even close to true. Caitlyn let the rest of the world know about Iowa basketball.
Caitlin transformed every aspect of the game of basketball!

Picture Michael Jordan, but way way bigger & more important for the game.

Side note, I’ll be in Jordan’s hometown again in 8 days.

Good F’n luck knowing that’s where he’s from if you just happen to be passing through.

He’s Caitlin lite as far as the history of hoops goes.

Same for Naismith

I get what you’re saying and I 100% appreciate your sentiment, but she absolutely did transform Iowa basketball.

She did a hell of a lot more than just transform Iowa basketball.

She transformed WOMEN’S basketball on every single level throughout the entire country.

At the world level, too.

There were people at the Olympics (I think they were Aussies) who were interviewed; they said they had planned on going to watch Caitlin & Team USA and were then shocked that Caitlin was not on the team.

Then the Japanese fan that had the sign that said you can't beat us without Caitlin Clark.
