It certainly could be the case with most WOBs. But in some cases you can look at a WOB and see why the person might have made that mistake. In this particular case it seems odd that someone would think the correct phrase is "term oil". That's why I speculated that it could be a speech-to-text issue. Then again I might just be giving the person too much credit.
