Mid 50’s nice but

Tilled the Garden. Now that I have a wire all sorts of ****ed inside the tines I've got something to do in the next 2 weeks before real spring starts to show up and I redo it.

C'mon folks, it has been called a January thaw for at least 60 years. Cold weather comes in and then moves out, nature abhors a vacuum so warmer air moves in. just enjoy it and get ready for the March and April blizzards

In 1899 the Mississippi River was frozen solid from the headwaters down to the Gulf of Americo. There is always that alternative.

Hold on for a couple of more weeks when I head for the desert. I can handle “winter weather” in Iowa the last couple of weeks in March. We have been very lucky the past couple of winters. Farmers might be phuqed come Spring but nothing a few Sheriff’s sales can’t handle.
