I definitely haven't watched nearly as much since LIV came into being. I used to watch for an hour or two on Sundays until summer......sometimes more if it was a big tournament like Pebble Beach or the TPC. I haven't watched a minute yet this year, and probably won't until the Masters. I really dislike seeing such outright greed in sports by athletes. I know it exists in almost all sports, but I've never seen it so pronounced, as it was with those LIV guys. They've done nothing illegal, but they're dead to me......and that includes Koepka (and I'm a Nole). They made their own decisions to go from fabulously wealthy to super-fabulously wealthy, much to the detriment of the sport (IMO). Good for them, not for the game.
I'll still watch the Masters and The Open. Those are the two tournaments where the course is bigger than the field. They just look so awesome on tv.
I still love to play golf, but it is too much of a time-suck, so I'm down to a few rounds each year. I'd rather play tennis or pickleball, get some real exercise.....and be done in 1/3 the time.
