I have never been able to use those drift socks well. Admittedly though my oinly drifting is with a giant chunk of shad cruising around for blue cats.

Never been able to drift w/jigs, regardless of speed or jig head weight. If we're drifting, we go 1 1/2 oz bottom bouncers with Lindy rigs.

If we're jigging, it's vertical, and an ass whipping on the guy running the motor.

For years upon years hatred, ignorance and fear have been the triplets of human deplorable behavior . Nietzsche was a German philosopher who equated one's fears often drove their actions, some for good and some for evil.

Why explore space and claim aliens exist? Basic human exploration or fear of the unknown? Why hate people of varying races, religions or other creeds? Why take lands for more than greed? I guarantee you that most of your first inclinations to an alien arriving on your front yard would be to scream and run or attack it mindlessly, simply because of your fear of the unknown.

What does all of this have to do with college football? Simple........you are satisfied with the known dynamic of Kirkland. You very rarely will lose more than you win but you will also very rarely get into the stratosphere you desire. Kirkland will never have you crash and burn but he will never even allow you to take off. With recruiting averages in the high 30's to the low 50's you will never win anything you can take with you to your rocking chairs. Is that good enough for you?

You mock Nebraska for constantly trying to reach the Moon but secretly wish your athletic department would just put in for a attempted trip. I use M-80’s to do my fishing-has never let me down

Electric cattle prods work better and don't bring in the law like a large explosion do , M-80s why ? use 1 stick and get 4x the blast radius. Yes I lived in Louisiana so let the jokes come .
