Feels like a Friday night music thread....and it is Tuesday

I have some 15' Cerwin - Vega speakers that I bought when I was in college. They still can just blow up the house. Only time I get to use them is when nobody else is around. At my previous residence, neighbor complained that they were shaking his walls.

Crank your music girls and boys

Those are some big ass speakers.

A little “Merry Christmas From the Family” by Robert Earl Keen to start the night.

After time with friends this afternoon the wife and I are watching/listening to the Concert for George. What a lineup playing so many great songs.

Let me know how you like it.

My idea of a vacation is just listening to great music. I have a tendency towards depression, but music is always the thing that brings me back to even latitude.
I bought the DVD of the Concert for George Harrison not long after it came out in 2003 or so. It is excellent, starts of with some East Indian music played by Ravi Shankar's daughter, then a bit of humor by Monty Python and friends, then maybe 2 hours of Clapton, Jeff Lynne, McCartney, Ringo, Billy PReston, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and many other singers and guitarists playing many of Harrison's great songs.
