Trump likes to schmooze with people. He says nice things about you, you say nice things about him. Make a little connection. In and of itself, not terrible.

The problem is when he acts like a head case and then expects all the people he schmoozes with to just go along with it because they're on "good terms." As though schmoozing gets you out of everything.
